Transportation Solves Professionals (TSP)

Here are the list of our rules :

1. Ownership: Vehicles remain the company’s property until full repayment is made
2. . Proper Use: Cars must not be used for illegal or criminal activities. Offenders will face the law, lose their car, and forfeit all past payments.
3. Payment Grace Period: Drivers have only 2 weeks grace if unable to pay. By the 3rd week of non-payment, the car will be repossessed and past payments forfeited.
4. Training & Inspection: Attendance at monthly training and inspection is compulsory for all drivers.

By signing and submitting this form, I agree to the following:

1. I will protect and use the company’s vehicles and other property responsibly.
2.I will not use the company’s vehicle for any illegal or criminal activities.
3. I will actively promote and contribute to the growth of Transport Solves Professionals (TSP).
4. I understand that if I violate any terms, the company reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without refund of any payment previously made.
5. I agree to attend all required company trainings and comply with operational guidelines.
6. All vehicles remain the property of Transport Solves Professionals (TSP) until full ownership is officially transferred (if applicable).
